Here we are again... After a major hiatus (so major that I had forgotten my blogger username and password and couldn't find the publication programme I use to add the actual Vancast - d'Oh!) here is another podcast from Long Distance Clara and her pal pidge.

It's all been a bit quiet on the pigeon updates - busy busy, out on the road, travelling long distances, two shows a day. This week both Clara and pidge have been a bit under the weather, we have been concentrating on doing the shows (and Pidge has somewhat lost her voice) so hence no week 5 vancast.

However, here is the second installment of our travel diary for your listening pleasure.

Clara and Pidge settle into their Long Distance journey

Hello Hello,

You happened upon the (internet) home of Long Distance Clara and her pal Pidge, AKA Clare Hume and Helen Cuinn, performers for the Generation Science tour 2010. The 2 woman in a van, the dream team are out and about, zipping around Scotland in the only beige van in Arnold Clarke's fleet. They're meeting pupils, teachers, jannies and anyone else who happens to get in the way and providing a theatrical whirlwind introduction to the concept of Day and Night (...and there's more!)

The team are hoping to do a regular Vancast, a podcast live from the tour van. You can listen to Episode 1 here.

Anyway possums, must dash, got an early start, must deliver some farcical comedy and factual information to the good people of Lasswade!
